Social media sharing is allowed, however, please understand that all rights and ownership of content shared is that of Thayer Design Studio and should be noted.

The intent of thayerdesignstudio.com is to provide information regarding design services and a platform to learn about and shop the Thayer Design Studio home collection of products.

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

PRODUCT & MANUFACTURING

All products sold on thayerdesignstudio.com are designed by Meredith Thayer, owner of Thayer Design Studio, and is therefore, the property of Thayer Design Studio. These products are made with great care in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, USA. The yarns used in these products is 100 percent all natural, un-dyed sheep's wool and a wool blend that both come from Canada. Every product is carefully and thoughtfully designed with a focus on the manufacturing process. Every product is inspected and viewed prior to shipment. The authenticity and beauty of these products comes from the combination of materials and traditional process. Some of the rugs are designed using a weaving technique that creates a variance in parts of the braid between two materials. Additionally, our baskets are hand cut and sewn in a way that allows for lines to not be perfectly straight. These slight imperfections are what make these products unique and authentic and do not signify a defect. Defects due to the manufacturing process would include: splitting of braids, tearing of yarns and dirt marks. Should you notice a defect, please contact Thayer Design Studio within 7 days of receipt of your order at info@thayerdesignstudio.com and we will expedite a replacement immediately.

Please note that the dimensions provided for each product is as accurate as possible, however due to the nature of the material and it's ability to be a bit freer in form than hard materials, there may be a slight variance in size. Typically this variance is only around 1/2" - 1" at most. Rug height is approximately 1/2". Photography of Thayer Design Studio is done with every effort to ensure a true representation of color, texture and design, although color can vary when viewing on a computer screen. We strongly encourage ordering a small sample to view color and texture.

Thayer Design Studio Home Collection products are sold on our website at retail pricing. These products are also sold to select retailers and trade professionals. Special pricing is available to these customers along with the suggested retail price for resale.

Thayer Design Studio processes orders from this site within 2 business days. This information is then relayed to manufacturing and scheduled for production. Our shipping times are dependent on the type of product that is being made. ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. This ensures that each piece is made specifically and specially for you. Thayer Design Studio works closely with the manufacturing team to see that each order is made to the highest standard of quality and design. For basket orders, please allow 2 weeks for production. For rug orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Many times, these orders will be filled in a shorter period of time. However, in some cases, that are out of the control of Thayer Design Studio, there may be a delay in orders. Thayer Design Studio promises to communicate all and any information regarding shorter or extended lead times.

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS & INACCURACIES

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
